The video from You Tube shows the development concept of the Personal Rapid Transit (PRT). Like a taxi but using fixed railways. This technology will be an ideal solution for many urban areas. However the complexity and the cost to develop and install this system and infrastructure means that developing and under develop countries wont have this for a long time may be never at all. There are skeptics who thinks that this concept is just a PR exercise.
